As I said in b) above, sessions are not necessarily
weekly, although they usually are; and in any case a
week is a long time in therapy, too! The techniques we
work with are simple, powerful and practical; but they
need to be performed not just thought about. Trying them
out and reflecting upon what works best for you,
personally; trial and error, experimentation ... that is how
you will change your life. I may also suggest books,
articles, films or other sources of material to reflect upon
during the intervening periods.
